Company Profile
Production of boilers in Czech Republic has centuries-old history. The first steam boiler was made in 1824. During this time began a long and varied history of manufacturing various power equipment. Various types of boilers have been developed from simple original equipment. Three thousand boilers were constructed in the early 20th century in Czech Republic. The tradition of production and technical skills is passed from generation to generation over past 186 years.
BPP Energy company continues the long tradition in boiler and power equipment production in Brno. This modern and dynamic company was founded in 2011 and mainly focuses on the production of BOILER PRESSURE PARTS.
The production headquarters is in Zakrany, whis is approximately 15 km far from Brno, Czech Republic, where the head office is located. Workshop area has more than 4000 square meters.
We supply membrane walls, coils, super heaters, reheaters and economizers.
Our vision is to become successful and well accepted international company. We would like to be a key partner for our customers by providing high quality services and timeless solutions.
Our values are quality, accountability and teamwork.

Research and Development of a System and Technology for Automation of the Preparation Process and Subsequent Joining of Bimetallic Membrane Walls into Complete Units
Membrane walls are used as a structural element for the production of boilers and other systems for burning energy raw materials. The project goal is to develop technology and a prototype machine for a) reliable and automated preparation of the edge geometry of connecting flags on bimetallic membrane walls with a length of 6-18 m provided with a surface weld made of Inconel 625, and b) subsequent welding of these walls into larger units. The project primarily focuses on research and development of a prototype device working in accordance with the principles of Industry 4.0, which will be able to automatically adjust the edge of the connecting flag of bimetallic MeS in order to create united and geometrically defined surfaces, and subsequently weld these surfaces together.
This project is supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic under the TREND Programme 10th public competition from EU funds, within the framework of the National Recovery Plan from the European Instrument for Recovery, Reconstruction and Resilience..
